Future Events Spring Fair • Raffle – Rachel is stuck in Spain and all the raffle prizes are in her house. Her sister has a key and will allow access to retrieve them if necessary. • Inflatables – Kevin is also in Spain so we can’t get them, and there are insurance issues with the them anyway. It was agreed that we’d hire the gladiator game for £150. The candyfloss people will also bring an inflatable slide along. • Trampolines – 2 to be set up in the gym. • Brochure – most pages ready for printing. Some outstanding ads still, and the list of donors is incomplete. Daniel will be doing the printing and collating and stapling will take place on Friday evening. • Outside stalls – all in hand. • Food tech dept to do savouries and muffins and give out recipes. • Stacked chairs in the corridor to be shifted since these represent a hazard. • Food – all in hand. More burgers will be required since the Indian food stall will not be present this year. • The caretaker has given Caroline a spare key to the conference room • Tattoo stall will not now be coming • Helpers – Vanessa the recruiter is also stuck in Spain. Daniel and Karen have been working on the list and fewer people will now be required because the big outdoor things will be missing. • BBQ – school one gets very hot because, so an alternative would be useful if anyone can provide one. More help is required. Asif will help but can no longer match fund. Ken will get the coals. • Set up – 14 people are coming Friday night from 6:30. Saturday has been divided into 2 shifts – 10:45 – 13:00 and 12:45 – 15:00. Plants – Ken and Lola have bought and planed all the plants 8. Uniform Shop Polo shirts have arrived and will be sold at the Fair. . 9. Ricky Reporter Not required this month. 10. Any Other Business • Daniel is standing down as secretary from the next AGM but will do at least one quiz next year. Karen is also standing down as chair after 3 years of being at the top after the AGM. both Karen and Daniel will be around next year to help out if required. • Lyke Wake Walk – still waiting for the Gift aid registration. If sponsorship is collected on paper this is not a problem because it will be collected retrospectively, but online it will cost a lot.
